Get to Know Us
Neuro-Spicey Solutions is a specialist consultancy delivering behaviour support, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and trauma-informed training for organisations supporting children and young people.
We work at the intersection of behaviour, development, and environment—supporting educators, practitioners, and multidisciplinary teams to understand behaviour through a neurological, relational, and trauma-informed lens. Our approach moves beyond compliance-based models, focusing instead on building regulation, connection, and long-term capability.
Our work combines practical, in-the-moment strategies with targeted psychoeducation, enabling teams to confidently respond to emotional dysregulation, trauma-related responses, and complex behavioural presentations.
We are committed to person-centred, culturally responsive, and ethically grounded practice. All supports are collaboratively developed and tailored to the individual, considering their developmental history, environment, and lived experience.
By strengthening systems, aligning teams, and reducing reliance on restrictive practices, Neuro-Spicey Solutions supports safer environments and more sustainable outcomes for children, families, and the professionals who support them.
