Complex Case Consultation & Formulation
For presentations where the existing explanation or intervention isn't producing sufficient change.
We bring together available assessment information, stakeholder perspectives, behavioural information and contextual factors to develop an integrated understanding of the presentation and identify practical next steps.
This may be particularly useful where multiple disciplines or systems are involved.
Positive Behaviour Support
Person-centred and neurodiversity-affirming behaviour support focused on understanding the function and context of behaviour and improving quality of life.
Services may include functional assessment, behaviour support planning, implementation support, stakeholder education, monitoring and review within applicable NDIS requirements.
Family & Parenting Intervention
Behaviour does not occur independently of relationships and environments.
We work alongside parents and caregivers to understand patterns, strengthen confidence and capacity, develop practical responses, improve consistency and support regulation, connection and participation within everyday family life.
Professional Complex-Case Consultation
Sometimes the practitioner doesn't need another referral.
We provide consultation to professionals and teams working with complex child, adolescent and family presentations.
This can include formulation consultation, implementation problem-solving, complex-case review, professional reflection and multidisciplinary case consultation within the consultant's professional scope.
Schools & Organisations
We provide consultation, professional development and capacity building for schools, disability organisations, community services and other organisations supporting children, young people and families.
Topics may include behaviour, neurodevelopment, trauma-informed practice, regulation, complex case formulation and translating behavioural understanding into practical environments.
